Adjusting · Investigations · Negotiations
Multi-line claims, one experienced adjuster.
Claims adjusting, investigation and negotiation across property, casualty, transportation, equipment and marine exposures, for insurance companies, self-insureds and public entities.
What we do
Three disciplines, one file.
Most assignments call for more than one. A single adjuster carrying the file from inspection to settlement means nothing is lost between hand-offs.
Adjusting
A prompt inspection, a clear scope and a valuation the file can rely on, reported in a way your team can act on.
- Inspection and scope
- ACV and RCV valuation
- Appraisals
Investigations
Going to the scene, speaking with the people involved and establishing what actually happened.
- Scene investigations
- Statements and documentation
- Special investigations (SIU)
Negotiations
Presenting the documented facts and working toward an agreed settlement.
- Agreed claim settlements
- Third-party negotiations
- Mediation

Auto, truck & heavy equipment

Private passenger and commercial vehicles, tractor trailers and the machinery that keeps job sites running: bulldozers, front-end loaders, skid steers and more.
Casualty & liability

Inland & ocean marine

Boat and cargo surveys for goods moving within the country and shipments arriving from outside it.
Investigations

Investigations of property, casualty and workers compensation claims, including going to the scene, plus special and environmental investigations.

Questions
Before you get in touch.
Who does A.I.N. work for?
A.I.N. works for insurance clients: insurance companies, excess and surplus lines writers, self-insured organizations and public entities. If you are a policyholder with a question about your own claim, please contact your insurance company or agent.
Where do you handle assignments?
A.I.N. is licensed in Kentucky. Call to discuss the location and requirements of your assignment before sending materials.
Is my claim type listed?
The list covers the most common assignments, not every one. If a file spans several lines or does not fit neatly into a category, describe it and ask.
Can I send a full claim file through the website?
Please use the form for a short initial inquiry. Denis will arrange the right way to exchange reports, photographs and documents.
Does sending an inquiry create an assignment?
No. An assignment begins once the scope and availability have been confirmed with Denis.
Let’s discuss the assignment.
Tell Denis what needs attention and where the work is located.
