When you use the inquiry form we receive the details you enter, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, location and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible assignment. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for marketing lists.

Please do not send sensitive claim information through the form, including policy numbers, Social Security numbers, medical details or banking information. We will arrange an appropriate way to exchange documents if an assignment goes ahead.

How it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in the website database and delivered to A.I.N. by email. Access is limited to A.I.N. and its website administrator. Inquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted periodically.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to function and to protect the inquiry form from spam. If we add analytics in the future, it will measure page visits in aggregate and will never record the content of your messages.
