Future clients, customers and friends, I sincerely thank you for coming to my web site.  When I opened A.I.N., Inc.in the spring of 1997, my goal was to create a personalized claims handling service for a wide range of adjustments, investigations, and negotiations for my clients and those new customers who trust me.  My knowledge and experience extended from 18 years as an independent adjuster, starting as a young man in 1979 with a law enforcement degree from Eastern Kentucky University, and working my way up into management.  During those early years, I never stopped handling claims and my clients’ risks. Today the majority of all claims serviced by A.I.N., Inc. are handled by me personally and I have an established team of individuals who assist in providing insight and expertise’s on speciality exposures.
